This position offers <strong>flexible hours and days</strong>—as long as 20–25 hours are met each week—and a <strong>hybrid schedule</strong> with both in-office and remote flexibility.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in <strong>account reconciliations, journal entries, year-end close, and variance analysis</strong>, along with advanced proficiency in <strong>Blackline</strong> and <strong>Microsoft Excel</strong>. <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p> • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</p><p> • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within <strong>real estate or property management</strong></p><p> • Strong understanding of <strong>GAAP</strong> and internal control principles</p><p> • Proficiency with <strong>Blackline</strong> (preferred) and advanced <strong>Microsoft Excel</strong> skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas)</p><p> • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently</p><p> • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills</p>
