• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.<br>• Minimum of 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in benefits accounting or similar functions.<br>• Proficiency in account reconciliations and benefit billing processes.<br>• Familiarity with accounting systems and tools, including Microsoft Excel.<br>• Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage complex financial data.<br>• Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment with excellent communication skills.<br>• Experience with journal entries, general ledger management, and month-end close processes.<br>• Commitment to accuracy, integrity, and adherence to company policies and standards.
