This position will suit a professional with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies.</li><li>Manage journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end/quarter-end close processes.</li><li>Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making and operational improvements.</li><li>Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external parties during audits and regulatory reviews.</li><li>Ensure compliance with tax filings, state regulations, and reporting requirements.</li><li>Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA certification is preferred but not required.</li><li>5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.</li><li>Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) is essential.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.</li></ul><p><br></p>
