<p>We are looking for an experienced Network & Cybersecurity Engineer to help manage, secure, and optimize our network infrastructure and overall security posture. You will play a critical role in protecting our systems, monitoring network health, responding to threats, and ensuring compliance with security standards.</p><ul><li>Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, etc.)</li><li>Implement and manage security measures — firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, access controls, encryption, etc.</li><li>Monitor network traffic, detect suspicious activity, investigate security incidents, and respond promptly</li><li>Conduct vulnerability assessments, risk analyses, and security audits</li><li>Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to embed security best practices into network/system architecture</li><li>Manage identity and access controls, user permissions, and network segmentation</li><li>Maintain and update security policies, procedures, and documentation</li><li>Provide troubleshooting and support for network and security issues</li><li>Stay up-to-date with emerging threats, security trends, and compliance requirements</li></ul>

<ul><li>4–7+ years (or more) experience in network engineering and/or cybersecurity</li><li>Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, VPN, firewall configuration, and network security</li><li>Hands-on experience with security tools: firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, VPNs, logging/monitoring solutions</li><li>Familiarity with compliance standards and best security practices</li><li>Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills</li><li>Certification(s) a plus: e.g. CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CCNA/CCNP, or other relevant credentials</li></ul>
