<p>We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with specialized experience in Operational Technology (OT) and SCADA/ICS environments. The ideal candidate will design, implement, secure, and support network infrastructures that underpin critical industrial operations. This role requires strong technical knowledge of industrial communication protocols, cybersecurity best practices for OT, and the ability to work closely with operations, engineering, and IT teams.</p><ul><li>Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure for OT/SCADA environments, including switches, routers, firewalls, and secure remote-access solutions.</li><li>Support and optimize communication between PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, historians, and SCADA servers.</li><li>Perform network segmentation, VLAN configuration, and firewall rule management aligned with OT cybersecurity standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NERC CIP).</li><li>Conduct network performance monitoring, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability of industrial systems.</li><li>Collaborate with control systems engineers, plant operations, and IT to ensure safe and reliable integration of networks and control assets.</li><li>Implement change management and documentation practices for OT network modifications.</li><li>Assist in vulnerability assessments, patch management planning, and risk mitigation activities for industrial environments.</li><li>Support incident response activities and root-cause analysis for network or communication disruptions.</li><li>Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and asset inventories.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>3–7+ years of experience supporting OT, SCADA, or ICS network environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Layer 2/3 networking, routing protocols, and industrial Ethernet.</li><li>Hands-on experience with OT network hardware from vendors such as Cisco, Hirschmann, Moxa, or Siemens.</li><li>Familiarity with ICS/SCADA protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, OPC, IEC 61850, PROFINET, or EtherNet/IP.</li><li>Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and DMZ architectures.</li><li>Understanding of cybersecurity principles for industrial environments and related frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST 800-82).</li></ul>
