Customer Success Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Woodbridge, New Jersey. This is a 30-day contract position requiring business casual attire and an on-site presence Monday through Friday. The role involves providing essential support to our recruiting department by reaching out to candidates and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct outbound calls to candidates to verify their job-seeking status and interest in available roles.<br>• Screen and assess candidates based on recruitment criteria to determine their suitability.<br>• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and outcomes.<br>• Utilize multiple browsers and email platforms to manage communication efficiently.<br>• Address connectivity issues and ensure smooth communication during outreach.<br>• Provide attentive and courteous phone support to candidates.<br>• Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify and source potential candidates.<br>• Respond to inbound inquiries from candidates and provide relevant information.<br>• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Experience in call center customer service or similar roles.<br>• Proficiency in navigating multiple browsers and handling email correspondence.<br>• Strong communication skills and attentive phone etiquette.<br>• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.<br>• Familiarity with recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.<br>• Problem-solving skills for addressing connectivity or communication issues.<br>• Detail-oriented approach to managing records and data.<br>• Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday in a focused environment.
