<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced <strong>Senior Accountant</strong> to join our finance team. This role is responsible for overseeing general accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to lead and mentor junior staff.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries and account reconciliations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.</li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.</li><li>Coordinate and support external audits and tax filings.</li><li>Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.</li><li>Lead month-end and year-end close processes.</li><li>Supervise and mentor junior accountants and accounting assistants.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with ERP systems and financial automation tools.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).</li><li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Effective communication and leadership skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>
