Client Intake Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated Client Intake Specialist to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. In this long-term contract position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Complex & Mass Tort Litigation practice by managing client interactions and administrative tasks. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional client service.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct intake calls with prospective clients and accurately record their information in the firm's case management system.<br>• Direct and escalate client inquiries to the appropriate team members as needed.<br>• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including both electronic and physical mail.<br>• Prepare and send legal documents and contracts to clients for signature using DocuSign or hard copies.<br>• Organize and file case-related documents within the case management system.<br>• Request medical records and follow up with clients to gather necessary information and documentation.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to effectively manage projects and tasks.<br>• Perform general office duties to support the team's operations.<br>• Handle case-related projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Proficiency in case management software and document handling processes.<br>• Experience working with tools such as Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, and Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS).<br>• Strong communication skills, particularly in client intake and phone screening.<br>• Ability to manage calendars, billing functions, and claim administration effectively.<br>• Familiarity with mass tort litigation processes and procedures.<br>• Competence in using Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
