Operations and Project Coordinator
We are looking for a dedicated Operations and Project Coordinator to join our team in Westminster, Colorado. In this role, you will oversee purchasing activities, manage project coordination, and ensure operational efficiency across various functions. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and ensuring the timely acquisition of materials.<br>• Coordinate and oversee project timelines while ensuring deliverables are met within budget and scope.<br>• Maintain fleet operations by organizing maintenance schedules and optimizing fleet usage.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline purchasing activities and improve overall efficiency.<br>• Implement and monitor project control measures to ensure compliance with organizational goals.<br>• Develop and maintain accurate records of purchasing transactions and project progress.<br>• Utilize graphic design skills to create project-related documents and presentations.<br>• Analyze purchasing trends and recommend strategies for cost optimization.<br>• Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project and operational status.<br>• Resolve issues related to procurement and operational processes, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or related activities.<br>• Strong background in project coordination and control, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Familiarity with fleet management processes, including scheduling and maintenance.<br>• Proficiency in graphic design tools and techniques to support project documentation.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable recommendations.<br>• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.<br>• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in operational and procurement contexts.
