This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-impact financial planning and analysis efforts within a dynamic corporate FP& A environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in month-end reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and supporting strategic initiatives. Responsibilities:• Prepare and deliver monthly financial closing reports within tight deadlines.• Develop forecasts and long-range budgets to support strategic planning efforts.• Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to assist with decision-making processes.• Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute the annual operating plan.• Support special projects and initiatives that enhance financial processes and reporting.• Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data and reporting.• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with business goals.• Provide actionable insights through thorough data analysis and reporting.• Maintain compliance with corporate financial policies and procedures.

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within a corporate setting. • Strong understanding of budget processes and forecasting techniques. • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. • Expertise in performing variance analysis and identifying actionable insights. • Proficiency in developing and managing annual operating plans. • Ability to conduct detailed ad hoc financial analyses. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams. • Familiarity with financial systems and tools, including ERP platforms.
