<p>We are looking for a skilled Commercial Portfolio Manager specializing in Commercial and Industrial (C& I) lending to join our client in Metro West. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring effective management of loan and non-loan products while maintaining high standards of credit analysis and risk assessment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our banking operations and build strong relationships within the community.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>• Manage and grow a portfolio of Commercial and Industrial (C& I) clients, addressing their needs with loan and non-loan products.</p><p>• Conduct thorough credit analyses for existing and prospective loan accounts to ensure sound decision-making.</p><p>• Prepare comprehensive narrative reports detailing client relationships, financial data, collateral coverage, debt service capability, and associated credit risks.</p><p>• Analyze personal and business financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant financial documents to assess creditworthiness.</p><p>• Develop written loan reports, including loan presentations, modifications, and credit file comments, in compliance with banking policies and regulations.</p><p>• Collaborate with C& I team lenders to respond to customer inquiries and service requests efficiently.</p><p>• Monitor the overall exposure of the C& I loan portfolio, including maturities, delinquencies, overdrafts, and changes in credit situations.</p><p>• Supervise monthly borrowing base borrowers to ensure compliance and accuracy.</p><p>• Participate in bank committees and task forces to contribute to institutional goals.</p><p>• Represent the bank at community events and functions to strengthen relationships and visibility.</p>

<p>• At least two to four years of experience in C& I underwriting or analyzing business financial statements and tax returns.</p><p>• Exceptional financial analytical skills with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.</p><p>• Familiarity with portfolio management and relationship-building strategies in commercial banking.</p>
