In this role, you will contribute to the development the Salesforce systems, ensuring they align with business needs and deliver exceptional functionality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Develop custom functionality using <strong>Apex</strong>, <strong>Visualforce</strong>, <strong>Lightning Web Components (LWC)</strong>, and other Lightning components.</li><li>Build and manage <strong>customer and partner portals</strong> in <strong>Community/Experience Cloud</strong>.</li><li>Configure Salesforce with <strong>workflows, Process Builder, validation rules, formula fields, and Flows</strong>.</li><li>Integrate Salesforce with external systems using <strong>REST APIs</strong>.</li><li>Analyze and optimize <strong>Apex Triggers</strong>, and ensure compliance with Salesforce <strong>governor limits</strong>.</li><li>Troubleshoot issues, enhance performance, and maintain platform stability.</li><li>Implement <strong>unit testing</strong> to cover all use cases and ensure code quality.</li><li>Analyze business requirements and deliver <strong>scalable technical solutions</strong>.</li><li>Contribute to <strong>release and change management processes</strong>, utilizing DevOps tools.</li><li>Create detailed <strong>technical documentation and design specifications</strong>.</li><li>Take ownership of production issues and drive timely resolutions.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><strong>3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>Salesforce architecture, security roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules</strong>.</li><li>Proven ability to <strong>integrate external systems</strong> with Salesforce using APIs.</li><li>Exceptional <strong>problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills</strong>.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively.</li><li>Able to work well under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul><p><br></p>
