Part Time Executive Assistant
<p>We are looking for an experienced part time Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership within a social care organization. Based in Webster, New York, this contract position requires a detail-oriented individual to manage executive-level meetings, maintain organizational records, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Organize and coordinate Board of Directors meetings and activities, including agenda development, material preparation, and minute recording.</p><p>• Support executive-level sessions such as scorecard reviews, leadership team meetings, and other key organizational events.</p><p>• Oversee credit card reconciliation processes by managing receipts and preparing monthly statements.</p><p>• Maintain comprehensive administrative records to support agency operations and compliance.</p><p>• Process incoming mail by collecting, scanning, and organizing correspondence.</p><p>• Safeguard sensitive information by adhering to confidentiality protocols.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and task execution.</p><p>• Provide additional administrative support as required to facilitate organizational goals.</p>
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Communications, or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.<br>• Equivalent relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.<br>• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.<br>• Capacity to handle confidential information responsibly.<br>• Ability to meet applicable vehicle operator requirements.<br>• Commitment to adhering to organizational policies, values, and customer service standards.<br>• Willingness to attend mandatory training sessions and maintain required certifications.
