Front Desk Coordinator
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join a team in Wayne, Pennsylvania. In this part-time Contract to permanent role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while ensuring smooth daily operations of the office. This position offers the opportunity to work onsite with occasional travel to a secondary office. You would work 20 -25 hours a week. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Greet and assist visitors and clients in a detail-oriented and welcoming manner.</p><p>• Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring calls are routed appropriately.</p><p>• Provide concierge-level services to enhance client experience and satisfaction.</p><p>• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.</p><p>• Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and office activities.</p><p>• Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to support office operations and resolve issues as needed.</p><p>• Ensure timely communication with clients and staff regarding inquiries and updates.</p><p>• Perform occasional duties at the secondary location in Blue Bell, as required.</p><p>• Uphold confidentiality and attention to detail in all interactions and tasks.</p>
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.<br>• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and inbound call management.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.<br>• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.<br>• Proven ability to maintain a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Familiarity with basic office software and tools.<br>• High level of reliability and punctuality.<br>• Experience in a legal office setting is preferred but not required.
