Candidates <strong>must have hands-on construction accounting background and specific experience with AIA billing processes.</strong></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage high-volume, construction-related Accounts Payable processing, including invoice entry and coding</li><li>Apply chart of accounts knowledge to ensure accurate invoice coding to the General Ledger</li><li><strong>Process and review AIA billings, ensuring compliance with industry standards</strong></li><li>Support all functions within the office, including administrative tasks as needed</li><li>Collaborate effectively in a small office environment and offer assistance across areas as required</li><li>Utilize Foundation construction accounting software</li><li>No journal entry or reconciliation responsibilities</li></ul><p>Please apply online or through our Robert Half app 314-656-0421</p><p><br></p>
