Event Support Staff
We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented individuals to assist with event support at a holiday gathering hosted at the Spy Museum. This contract position requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to ensure guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy interacting with people, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet guests warmly and provide assistance as needed throughout the event.<br>• Address inquiries promptly and ensure guests have accurate information about event activities.<br>• Monitor event spaces to maintain cleanliness and organization.<br>• Assist with registration or check-in processes to ensure smooth entry.<br>• Support event logistics, including coordinating with team members and addressing any issues on-site.<br>• Provide clear and courteous communication to guests and team members.<br>• Maintain a detail-oriented approach while managing tasks in a busy environment.<br>• Work collaboratively with the event team to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.<br>• Handle any guest concerns or complaints with tact and efficiency.<br>• Ensure adherence to event safety and security protocols.
• Previous experience in customer service or event support roles.<br>• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.<br>• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Availability to work on the specified date and time of the event.<br>• Comfortable standing or moving for extended periods during the event.<br>• Proficiency in handling inquiries and resolving issues effectively.<br>• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members.<br>• Knowledge of event protocols and procedures is a plus.
