<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>Robert Half is partnering with a dynamic and growing organization to find an experienced Staff Accountant. The Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting an organization's financial operations by performing day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and assisting with the preparation of financial statements. This role is important for maintaining the integrity of financial data and ensuring compliance with regulations.</p><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and record journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.</li><li>Reconcile financial statements and accounts, such as bank reconciliations.</li><li>Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Assist in audits by gathering and organizing financial documents.</li><li>Maintain general ledgers and ensure all transactions are classified correctly.</li><li>Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in accounting or similar roles.</li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting procedures.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong> If interested, please get in contact with Ashley Moncada: 925-274-5423</strong></p>
