<p>A well-regarded construction law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their Walnut Creek team in a hybrid capacity. This role is ideal for a proactive paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and enjoys handling cases from discovery through trial prep.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage all aspects of discovery, including propounding and responding</li><li>Organize and maintain case files, document production, and deadlines</li><li>Support trial preparation, including exhibit lists, witness files, and trial binders</li><li>Perform legal research, draft routine litigation documents, and assist attorneys as needed</li><li>Track and bill hours accurately and timely</li></ul>

<ul><li>3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (construction law a plus)</li><li>Strong discovery management and trial prep experience</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills</li><li>Proficiency with litigation support software and Microsoft Office</li><li>Ability to commute to the Walnut Creek office 3 days per week</li></ul><p>This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team and contribute meaningfully to active, complex litigation matters.
