We are looking for a skilled HR-Generalist to join a team in Vineland, New Jersey. Responsibilities:• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment.• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new team members.• Administer benefit programs and assist employees with related inquiries.• Maintain and update HR records in compliance with organizational policies.• Implement and manage HRIS systems to enhance operational efficiency.• Support daily HR operations, including paperwork processing and policy enforcement.• Develop strategies to modernize HR practices, transitioning from paper-based to digital systems.• Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and support organizational goals.• Provide guidance to staff regarding HR policies and procedures.• Take the lead in running the HR department independently after the current HR manager retires.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in manufacturing or warehouse environments. • Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR administration. • Proficiency in onboarding processes and benefit functions. • Familiarity with HRIS systems and the ability to implement new technologies. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and handle HR responsibilities with minimal supervision. • Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse teams. • Thick-skinned and adaptable to challenges in a fast-paced work setting.
