We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Urbandale, Iowa. This role involves managing complex projects within a dynamic environment, ensuring timely delivery and effective collaboration across teams. As part of a long-term contract position, the successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting business operations and driving strategic initiatives, particularly within financial services or wealth management.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies, using Microsoft Project and other tools.<br>• Facilitate meetings, document notes, track action items, identify risks, and manage decisions to ensure successful project execution.<br>• Collaborate with vendors, particularly those offering Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, to align deliverables with organizational goals.<br>• Provide regular status updates and executive-level reports, supporting business leaders in managing workstreams effectively.<br>• Utilize tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Egnyte for documentation and communication purposes.<br>• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple geographic locations to achieve project objectives.<br>• Adapt to a structured program framework while remaining flexible to evolving business needs and priorities.<br>• Leverage financial services or wealth management knowledge to enhance project alignment and execution.<br>• Respond promptly to shifting priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism.<br>• Foster collaborative relationships within the team and embrace constructive feedback to improve processes.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within financial services or a similar industry.<br>• Proven expertise in planning, executing, and controlling business-facing deliverables.<br>• PMP certification or equivalent formal project management credential is preferred.<br>• Familiarity with wealth management operations, including investment management, compliance, and onboarding processes, is a plus.<br>• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Teams, and the Office Suite.<br>• Experience working with SaaS vendors and managing software-related projects.<br>• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal errors and adaptability to changing directions.<br>• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams across locations.
