If you are passionate about software development and enjoy leadership opportunities, this position provides an excellent platform for growth.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead and manage full-stack development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.<br>• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.<br>• Oversee the implementation of development processes in a fast-paced agile environment.<br>• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team to foster growth and attention to detail.<br>• Drive innovation by working with cutting-edge technologies to address unique business needs.<br>• Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.<br>• Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.<br>• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards and testing methodologies.<br>• Identify and resolve technical challenges to maintain project momentum.<br>• Support potential leadership initiatives within the team and organization.

• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and .NET frameworks.<br>• Strong experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and VMware.<br>• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, demonstrating attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with agile methodologies and their application in project management.<br>• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.<br>• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.<br>• Proven ability to lead and drive development projects successfully.<br>• Passion for innovation and working with advanced technologies.
