<p>Our client, in the healthcare industry focused on senior living, is in need for a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join their team to help them get caught up on their reconciliations! Apply today</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage and maintain accurate customer credit records</p><p>• Process customer credit applications efficiently and accurately</p><p>• AP/AR - bank reconciliations</p><p>• Perform account reconciliation tasks and maintain up-to-date records</p><p>• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations</p><p>• Carry out data entry tasks using QuickBooks Online</p><p>• Conduct bank reconciliations up to the point of reconciliation</p>

<p>• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping role or similar</p><p>• Proficiency in account reconciliation</p><p>• Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to perform bank reconciliations</p><p>• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices</p><p>• Proficient in data entry tasks</p><p>• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software</p><p>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p><p>• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy</p><p>• Excellent communication and organizational skills</p>
