Core responsibilities include:</p><ul><li><strong>Reviewing Assessment Findings</strong>: Analyzing legal assessment results and working cross-functionally to identify areas of risk.</li><li><strong>Risk Mitigation and Gap Closure</strong>: Driving closure of identified gaps or ensuring mitigation plans are documented and tracked effectively.</li><li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong>: Partnering with Legal, IT, Compliance, and business units to execute remediation plans and ensure alignment.</li><li><strong>Leadership Reporting</strong>: Developing reporting mechanisms to provide leadership with visibility into risk mitigation progress.</li><li><strong>Audit-Ready Documentation</strong>: Ensuring accountability and creating audit-ready evidence of remediation activities to support compliance.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Strong Privacy Knowledge</strong>: Expertise in privacy laws, regulations, and standards, particularly in a corporate environment.</li><li><strong>Project Management Experience</strong>: Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive successful outcomes.</li><li><strong>Problem-Solving Skills</strong>: Efficiently translating legal assessment results into actionable next steps while managing competing priorities.</li></ul><p><strong>Contract Details</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Duration</strong>: Initial contract of approximately 3-6 months with a high likelihood of extension.
