We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Torrance, California. In this role, you will coordinate domestic shipments, track deliveries, and ensure smooth operations for solar panel distribution. This position requires strong organizational skills and familiarity with logistics processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Monitor and track domestic shipments, ensuring timely delivery of solar panels.<br>• Coordinate transportation schedules, including pickups and deliveries, to meet operational needs.<br>• Handle logistics files with accuracy and maintain organized records.<br>• Utilize Excel and Macropoint software to manage tracking and reporting duties.<br>• Collaborate with teams to ensure proper logistics training and adherence to industry standards.<br>• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to update shipment statuses and address concerns.<br>• Support shipping and receiving functions by verifying documentation and inventory.<br>• Resolve logistical issues and troubleshoot delays to minimize disruptions.<br>• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company protocols.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in Excel and logistics tracking tools such as Macropoint.<br>• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.<br>• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures within the logistics industry.<br>• Familiarity with domestic transportation and delivery operations.<br>• Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.<br>• Ability to identify and address logistical challenges effectively.<br>• Understanding of industry-specific regulations and standards.
