If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for logistics, we invite you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries related to Container Freight Station (CFS) operations and services.<br>• Handle incoming orders and requests with accuracy, ensuring smooth processing and timely resolutions.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate cargo movement and ensure operational efficiency.<br>• Maintain and organize essential documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.<br>• Resolve customer issues professionally, aiming to provide effective solutions and maintain satisfaction.<br>• Schedule and oversee appointments for cargo pick-up and delivery, optimizing logistical processes.<br>• Keep detailed and accurate records in company systems to support seamless operations.<br>• Utilize organizational skills to manage files and maintain proper documentation.<br>• Operate multi-line phone systems effectively to assist clients and internal teams.

• Proven experience in customer service within the logistics or freight forwarding industry is preferred.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging professionally with clients and colleagues.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail in a high-paced work environment.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Familiarity with Container Freight Station (CFS) procedures and operations is an advantage.<br>• Experience with logistics software systems is beneficial.<br>• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.<br>• Effective organizational skills for managing files and documentation.
