We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tonawanda, New York. • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in order entry systems and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.<br>• Ability to organize files and manage documentation efficiently.<br>• Comfortable answering inbound calls and addressing customer needs.<br>• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.<br>• Capable of handling multiple responsibilities and adapting to dynamic situations.
