Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Buffalo, New York. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process customer quotes, input orders into the system, and generate accurate invoices.<br>• Make outbound sales calls to follow up on leads and establish long-term client relationships.<br>• Provide detailed product information and assist customers in selecting appropriate solutions.<br>• Address customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.<br>• Maintain accurate customer records and monitor order progress using the designated software.<br>• Collaborate with internal departments, such as shipping and operations, to ensure timely order fulfillment.<br>• Proactively identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.<br>• Support the sales process by scheduling appointments and managing follow-ups.<br>• Handle inbound calls and emails, ensuring all customer interactions are attentive to detail and efficient.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.<br>• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Experience with sales-related activities, including making outbound calls and building client relationships.<br>• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and order entry systems.<br>• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.<br>• Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.<br>• Familiarity with email correspondence and scheduling tools.<br>• A positive and customer-focused attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond.
