Cash Application Specialist
<p>We are looking for an experienced Cash Application Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Monmouth County, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial transactions, including billing, credits, and accounts receivable processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong background in financial operations, this position is an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process credit applications efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.</p><p>• Manage billing functions, including the preparation and distribution of invoices.</p><p>• Handle billing collections to ensure timely receipt of payments.</p><p>• Maintain and update accounts receivable records with precision.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and resolve payment issues.</p><p>• Support the billing department by organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.</p><p>• Analyze financial data to identify trends and improve processes.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.</p><p>• Ensure adherence to company guidelines and industry regulations in all financial operations.</p>
<p>• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cash applications, billing, or related financial operations, demonstrating attention to detail.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable principles and best practices.</p><p>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</p><p>• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.</p><p>• Solid communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.</p><p>• Familiarity with financial software and tools.</p><p>• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in financial transactions.</p>
