Desktop Support Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Tempe, Arizona. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to maintain and support desktop systems, ensuring optimal performance for end-users. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within the transport industry, utilizing cutting-edge tools and technologies.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide hands-on support for Microsoft Windows operating systems, including troubleshooting and maintaining Active Directory, Group Policy Management, and Office 365 environments.<br>• Manage and resolve issues related to desktop hardware, imaging, and software configurations in a global enterprise setting.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT operations teams to ensure seamless communication and effective problem resolution.<br>• Present complex technical and security concepts in a clear manner to non-technical audiences.<br>• Perform regular system updates, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.<br>• Utilize change management and process improvement methodologies to enhance IT support services.<br>• Develop and implement strategies to manage evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment effectively.<br>• Exercise independent judgment and discretion to address and resolve technical challenges.<br>• Foster relationships with team members and key stakeholders to promote a collaborative work environment.
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 and related desktop environments.<br>• Strong experience with Active Directory, including user management and group policies.<br>• Hands-on expertise in desktop hardware, imaging, and PC workstation configurations.<br>• Familiarity with Office 365 applications and Microsoft Exchange.<br>• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.<br>• Knowledge of change management and process improvement principles is preferred.<br>• Strong analytical and organizational skills to support IT operations.
