<p><strong>Accounting Manager </strong></p><p> </p><p>A client of ours is looking for an Accounting Manager for a contract role to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. This role reports directly to the CFO and is responsible for supervising the accounting team while maintaining compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities of Accounting Manager </strong></p><ul><li>Oversee general ledger, month-end/quarter-end/year-end close, and financial reporting.</li><li>Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance (sales, use, and payroll).</li><li>Prepare and review filings, including 1099s, 1095s, and state tax returns.</li><li>Maintain banking relationships, reconciliations, and payment processing activities.</li><li>Supervise and develop accounting staff, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.</li><li>Support audits and external reporting requirements.</li><li>Partner with leadership to streamline processes and implement improvements.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Skills/Qualifications of Accounting Manager </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.</li><li>7+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing environment preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP accounting systems.</li><li>Public accounting experience preferred but not required.</li><li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.</li></ul><p>If you are interested in this or similar Accounting Manager  roles, please contact Bernadette Komatick at 484.254.9060 for additional information and reference JO# 03710-0013301555</p>
