We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients ranging from small businesses to large enterprise networks. The role involves providing both remote and onsite technical support, managing advanced server environments, and leading technology projects.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Monitor and maintain client networks, including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and specialized equipment.<br>• Manage Microsoft server solutions, including on-premises and cloud-based environments, as well as Azure integrations and backup systems.<br>• Provide support for Microsoft 365 Business applications and Office 2021 or later.<br>• Lead or participate in technology projects to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.<br>• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and develop effective solutions for technical challenges.<br>• Train end users on the proper use of computers, servers, and network resources.<br>• Offer recommendations to improve products and services based on client feedback and evolving needs.<br>• Perform physical tasks such as handling boxes and equipment as required.<br>• Assist with troubleshooting workstations, networks, and IP topology issues.

• Microsoft Certification in server-related technologies or an Associate's degree or higher.<br>• Extensive experience with Microsoft Server Domain Environments, specifically Server 2016 or later.<br>• Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure/Entra, and hybrid environments.<br>• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems, including Windows 11 24H2.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Business cloud services and applications.<br>• Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, routers, switches, and advanced networking.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills for workstation, network, and IP topology issues.<br>• Ability to handle physical tasks such as equipment setup and movement.
