We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Accountant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Tacoma, Washington, and offers a hybrid work schedule with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. As part of our growing organization, you will play a critical role in managing the financial operations for a newly established legal entity.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Perform month-end reconciliations and prepare journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.<br>• Manage labor accruals and rent forecasts, ensuring compliance with financial policies.<br>• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and review financial statements for accuracy.<br>• Conduct daily bank reconciliations to maintain up-to-date cash flow records.<br>• Oversee fixed asset accounting, including tracking and reporting.<br>• Collaborate with the team to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.<br>• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.<br>• Assist with the implementation and use of accounting software, including NetSuite and Concur.

• Extensive experience with month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.<br>• Proficiency in general ledger management and balance sheet account analysis.<br>• Strong skills in bank reconciliations and fixed asset accounting.<br>• Advanced knowledge of accounting software such as NetSuite and Concur.<br>• Expertise in Excel for financial analysis and reporting.<br>• Ability to work accurately under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.<br>• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
