The ideal candidate will be proficient in payroll systems like ADP, have strong organizational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Process accurate and timely payroll using ADP systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.</li><li>Maintain employee payroll records including wages, deductions, and benefits.</li><li>Resolve payroll discrepancies through thorough research, analysis, and communication with employees or managers.</li><li>Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to address payroll-related inquiries and ensure accurate reporting.</li><li>Prepare payroll reports and summaries, providing insights on payroll data when needed.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable wage and hour laws, as well as tax regulations.</li><li>Support regular audits of payroll processes to improve accuracy and prevent errors.</li></ul><p><br></p>
