<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Tacoma, WA. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in processing work orders, ensuring accurate data entry and timely support for operational needs. This position requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Accurately input data from mechanic work orders into the system.</p><p>• Provide administrative support by managing ongoing work orders.</p><p>• Maintain organized and up-to-date records within Microsoft Excel and other software.</p><p>• Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies as needed.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to optimize operational efficiency.</p>

<p>• Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate-level Excel skills.</p><p>• Ability to type at least 60 words per minute with accuracy.</p><p>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</p><p>• Familiarity with processing and managing work orders is a plus.</p>
