Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Syracuse, New York. This contract position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The role will involve supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and organize office tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.<br>• Handle incoming calls with care, providing accurate information and redirecting as necessary.<br>• Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation.<br>• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.<br>• Support administrative processes by preparing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining files.<br>• Coordinate with team members to streamline workflow and enhance efficiency.<br>• Monitor and order office supplies to ensure availability and avoid disruptions.<br>• Assist in documenting processes and procedures to support operational improvements.<br>• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.<br>• Collaborate with colleagues to address administrative challenges and propose solutions.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or office support roles.<br>• Proficiency in answering and managing inbound calls with a focus on detail and efficiency.<br>• Strong skills in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Familiarity with receptionist duties and creating a positive visitor experience.<br>• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.<br>• Competence in documenting processes and maintaining organized records.<br>• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
