Property Administrator
We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team in Stamford, Connecticut on a contract basis. In this role, you will support the management of residential properties by handling administrative tasks, assisting with leasing activities, and maintaining positive relationships with residents and prospective tenants. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and a background in property management.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome potential tenants, provide detailed information about available units, and guide them on tours of apartment complexes.<br>• Handle rental applications by verifying applicant details and preparing lease agreements in compliance with company policies.<br>• Partner with property management teams to ensure high occupancy rates and address resident concerns promptly.<br>• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant communications.<br>• Collaborate with maintenance teams to coordinate repairs and ensure properties are in optimal condition.<br>• Support community events and initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction.<br>• Respond to inquiries from prospective and current tenants with attention to detail and in a timely manner.<br>• Uphold compliance with housing regulations and company standards.<br>• Monitor rent payments and assist in resolving payment issues.<br>• Assist in advertising available units and promoting the property to attract potential renters.
• Previous experience in property management or leasing roles.<br>• Strong customer service and communication skills.<br>• Proficiency in handling administrative tasks and managing documentation.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.<br>• Knowledge of housing regulations and leasing processes.<br>• Familiarity with property management software is a plus.<br>• Organizational skills with attention to detail.<br>• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
