We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join a dynamic manufacturing company in St. Louis Earnings Tx, Missouri. This is a Contract-to-permanent position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on essential HR processes, including payroll, onboarding, and employee file management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing responsibilities with professionalism. Responsibilities: • Process and review employee timesheets using Paycom, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll policies. • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires, delivering clear instructions and a seamless experience. • Maintain and organize employee files, including workers' compensation records, while adhering to confidentiality standards. • Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and assisting with hiring hourly production staff. • Ensure all administrative tasks related to hiring are completed efficiently and accurately. • Monitor and audit payroll submissions to identify discrepancies and implement corrections promptly. • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and management. • Collaborate with supervisors to address payroll and timekeeping issues in a timely manner. • Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

• Proficiency in payroll systems such as Paycom, ADP Workforce Now, or Ceridian Dayforce. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage confidential records. • Experience conducting onboarding and recruitment processes in a detail-oriented environment. • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR compliance. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to perform audits and resolve discrepancies effectively. • Previous experience in manufacturing or hourly workforce environments is a plus.
