HR Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join a dynamic manufacturing company in St. Louis Earnings Tx, Missouri. This is a Contract-to-permanent position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on essential HR processes, including payroll, onboarding, and employee file management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing responsibilities with professionalism.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process and review employee timesheets using Paycom, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll policies.<br>• Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires, delivering clear instructions and a seamless experience.<br>• Maintain and organize employee files, including workers' compensation records, while adhering to confidentiality standards.<br>• Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and assisting with hiring hourly production staff.<br>• Ensure all administrative tasks related to hiring are completed efficiently and accurately.<br>• Monitor and audit payroll submissions to identify discrepancies and implement corrections promptly.<br>• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and management.<br>• Collaborate with supervisors to address payroll and timekeeping issues in a timely manner.<br>• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
• Proficiency in payroll systems such as Paycom, ADP Workforce Now, or Ceridian Dayforce.<br>• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage confidential records.<br>• Experience conducting onboarding and recruitment processes in a detail-oriented environment.<br>• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR compliance.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to perform audits and resolve discrepancies effectively.<br>• Previous experience in manufacturing or hourly workforce environments is a plus.
