Account Manager
<p>We are searching for an Account Specialist to join our team in the high-tech engineering industry. This role is based in Springfield, Vermont and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. As an Account Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, resolving their issues, and selling our cutting-edge products and services. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and online chats.</p><p>• Sell and promote our company's products and services to both new and existing customers, using techniques such as up-selling and suggestive selling.</p><p>• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our company's products, services, pricing, and technical capabilities to effectively communicate with customers.</p><p>• Work with customers to answer questions about service features, options, upgrades, and billing/payment concerns.</p><p>• Initiate service orders to begin, upgrade, or terminate service, and handle number porting requests to begin service.</p><p>• Accept and post payments to customer accounts, and investigate and resolve customer billing issues.</p><p>• Establish payment arrangements with customers according to credit policy guidelines.</p><p>• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance.</p><p>• Assist with processing batch payments and applying monthly recurring credit card payments.</p><p>• Use MS Office tools proficiently to perform tasks and manage customer data.</p>
<p>• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the Hi Tech Engineering industry</p><p>• Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Call Center Customer Service</p><p>• Proven experience in Inside Sales</p><p>• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal</p><p>• Proficiency in using MS Office 365 and MS Office</p><p>• Basic Computer Skills are required</p><p>• Experience in Answering Multi-Line Phone System</p><p>• Ability to handle Inbound Telephone Calls efficiently and professionally</p><p>• Applicants must have the legal right to work in the job's location</p><p>• Candidates must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment</p><p>• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively</p><p>• Strong problem-solving skills are necessary</p><p>• High level of attention to detail and accuracy is required</p><p>• Strong organization and time management skills are necessary</p><p>• Candidates must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer focus.</p>
