• Proven experience in customer service or call center roles.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.<br>• Competence in email correspondence and order entry.<br>• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.<br>• Familiarity with basic computer systems and software.<br>• A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
