Responsibilities:• Process accounts payable invoices with precision and efficiency.• Match invoices to purchase orders and service tickets to ensure accuracy.• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain positive relationships.• Assist in preparing weekly payment runs and accounts payable reports.• Perform general accounting tasks and administrative duties as needed.• Utilize Acumatica software for accounting processes, with training provided.• Collaborate with operations teams to streamline financial workflows.• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all accounts payable activities.• Maintain organized records and documentation for auditing purposes.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in construction or service-based industries. • Proficiency in accounts payable processes, including invoice coding and ACH transactions. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in an onsite setting. • Experience with accounting software; familiarity with Acumatica is a plus. • Excellent organizational skills and reliability in managing multiple tasks. • Effective communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams. • Ability to thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
