<p>Our client is looking for an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize the movement of goods along their supply chain. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills to ensure efficient operations and address challenges in order management. Based in the Somerville, New Jersey area, this position offers the opportunity to collaborate across teams and implement process improvements.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage and monitor the daily logistics operations to ensure seamless product movement across the supply chain.</p><p>• Address and resolve escalations related to incorrect deliveries or order issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.</p><p>• Ensure shipments are accurately routed and delivered to their intended destinations.</p><p>• Collaborate with technology teams to troubleshoot systems and drive operational enhancements.</p><p>• Analyze order flow processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.</p><p>• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to maintain service standards and efficiency.</p><p>• Maintain warehouse management practices to align with organizational goals.</p><p>• Develop strategies to optimize distribution and supply chain logistics.</p><p>• Act as a key point of contact for addressing logistical challenges and ensuring smooth operations.</p>

• Proven experience in logistics and warehouse management.<br>• Expertise in supply chain logistics and distribution.<br>• Strong knowledge of global logistics and third-party logistics coordination.<br>• Ability to analyze and optimize order flow processes.<br>• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and tools.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations effectively.<br>• Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams and departments.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
