We are looking for a skilled Attorney to join our team on a contract basis in Snellville, Georgia. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to legal operations while supporting administrative tasks in a detail-oriented law office environment. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling diverse responsibilities with a strong sense of responsibility.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide legal expertise and advice tailored to the needs of the firm.<br>• Perform word processing tasks to prepare, edit, and finalize legal documents.<br>• Manage receptionist duties, including greeting clients and answering phone calls.<br>• Ensure the office operates smoothly by handling basic administrative tasks.<br>• Maintain a detail-oriented approach and attire suitable for a law office environment.<br>• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings or appointments.<br>• Organize and maintain files and records for easy accessibility.<br>• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure clarity and efficiency.<br>• Uphold confidentiality and security of sensitive legal information.
• Proven experience as an Attorney or in a legal role within a detail-oriented environment.<br>• Proficiency in word processing software and document preparation.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.<br>• Appearance and conduct appropriate for a law office.<br>• Familiarity with receptionist and administrative functions.<br>• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.<br>• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
