<p>Seeking a Salesforce BA/Admin to support ongoing Sales Cloud initiatives. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements, manage data quality, and optimize Salesforce functionality. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who can own metadata updates and data imports while bridging the gap between technical teams and business users.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Update metadata, perform data imports/exports, and manage data quality.</li><li>Gather requirements, develop user stories, and support UAT.</li><li>Build reports, dashboards, and process flows to support business operations.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce adoption and data integrity.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Sales Cloud</strong> and <strong>SOQL</strong>.</li><li>Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and automation (Flows).</li><li>Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).</li><li>Experience with Jira, Agile methodology preferred.</li><li>Bonus: Experience using Figma for process illustrations.</li></ul>
