Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Silver Spring, Maryland. In this role, you will represent our services at a conference booth, engaging with attendees and providing detailed information about our offerings. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Represent the organization professionally at a conference booth, answering attendee inquiries and providing information about services.<br>• Clearly explain the company's offerings and benefits to potential clients and conference participants.<br>• Build rapport with attendees to ensure a positive experience and foster interest in the organization's services.<br>• Address questions and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.<br>• Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and welcoming booth environment.<br>• Track and document attendee interactions to support follow-up efforts.<br>• Stay informed about the organization's services to provide accurate and up-to-date information.<br>• Assist with booth setup and breakdown as needed.<br>• Provide feedback on attendee interactions to help improve service delivery.<br>• Uphold the company's values and customer service standards throughout the conference.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in call centers or similar environments.<br>• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.<br>• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.<br>• Experience with order entry and related customer service tasks.<br>• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during events.<br>• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.<br>• Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and resolve issues efficiently.<br>• Familiarity with healthcare or specialty services is a plus.
