We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Shoreview, Minnesota. This role involves providing second-level technical support for both onsite and remote users, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolutions. As part of the team, you will handle PC deployments, incident management, executive support, and hardware disposal activities. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in desktop support.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Deploy Windows and iOS laptops to users at the corporate campus and remote locations.<br>• Deliver prompt technical assistance to executive staff and administrative teams.<br>• Maintain and troubleshoot A/V equipment in conference rooms and individual workspaces.<br>• Collaborate with both local and offshore teams to coordinate deployment operations.<br>• Manage hardware disposal processes in line with organizational protocols.<br>• Respond to incidents and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.<br>• Ensure systems are properly configured and updated to meet user needs.<br>• Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications and resolve related technical problems.<br>• Assist with desktop imaging and configuration using Microsoft SCCM tools.<br>• Monitor and maintain Active Directory accounts for user access and security.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support within a similar environment.<br>• Strong proficiency in 365 applications and troubleshooting techniques.<br>• Solid understanding of Windows 10 and desktop imaging processes.<br>• Familiarity with Active Directory management and security protocols.<br>• Experience with SCCM for deployment and configuration tasks.<br>• Knowledge of Apple iOS systems and their integration in workplace environments.<br>• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively with both local and offshore teams to achieve goals.
