<p>We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This opportunity with an established company in the wholesale distribution industry. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing financial records, performing reconciliations, and preparing essential reports to support our operations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Ensure accurate maintenance and reconciliation of accounts by verifying transactions, allocating entries, and posting updates.</p><p>• Prepare and analyze trial balance statements for financial accuracy and reporting.</p><p>• Manage tax computations, including sales, property, and payroll taxes, ensuring compliance with regulations.</p><p>• Handle bank reconciliations and oversee financial activities for multiple entities.</p><p>• Process payroll and related liabilities, maintaining precision and timeliness.</p><p>• Assist with transactional postings and ensure proper documentation of financial activities.</p><p>• Collaborate with management to address financial discrepancies and provide insights for strategic planning.</p><p>• Support the team in achieving organizational goals by maintaining consistent and accurate bookkeeping practices.</p>
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.<br>• Proficiency in managing general ledger accounts and performing bank reconciliations.<br>• Experience working with multiple entities and handling complex financial structures.<br>• Strong understanding of tax compliance, including sales, property, and payroll taxes.<br>• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is highly preferred.<br>• Ability to work independently and demonstrate attention to detail in all tasks.<br>• Excellent organizational and communication skills.<br>• Commitment to career growth and a long-term opportunity within the company.
