<p>We are looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join our team in Bakersfield, California. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a solid background in payroll processing and accounting. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while ensuring accuracy and compliance in payroll operations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Handle full-cycle payroll processing for 101-500 employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment.</p><p>• Manage payroll adjustments, including garnishments, deductions, and corrections.</p><p>• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.</p><p>• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports to support accounting functions.</p><p>• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve discrepancies.</p><p>• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.</p><p>• Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation for audits and reporting.</p><p>• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.</p><p>• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to maintain compliance.</p>

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a high-volume setting.<br>• Proficiency in handling full-cycle payroll operations.<br>• Knowledge of payroll for 101-500 employees, including garnishments and deductions.<br>• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.<br>• Experience with accounting practices related to payroll reconciliation.<br>• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Effective communication skills for resolving employee payroll issues.<br>• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
