• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.<br>• At least 5 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance, including leadership responsibilities.<br>• Deep understanding of bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and financial compliance.<br>• Proficiency in using NetSuite and online banking platforms.<br>• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.<br>• Excellent communication skills, especially in managing external banking relationships.<br>• Experience with compliance documentation and lender interactions is an advantage.
