Personal Injury Attorney
<p>A leading Washington Personal Injury firm is looking to add another Attorney to their growing Spokane office. As a key member of our firm, you will represent clients in Personal Injury cases, guiding them through complex legal processes and advocating for their rights. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering compassionate and skilled legal services.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to evaluate personal injury cases and assess their legal options.</p><p>• Develop and implement effective strategies for negotiations and litigation to achieve favorable outcomes.</p><p>• Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing their concerns throughout the legal process.</p><p>• Perform comprehensive legal research to stay informed about relevant laws, precedents, and regulations.</p><p>• Work collaboratively with paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to ensure seamless case management.</p><p>• Advocate for clients in court proceedings, presenting compelling arguments and evidence.</p><p>• Participate in team meetings and contribute to case reviews to enhance overall legal strategies.</p><p>• Educate clients about the legal process, ensuring they understand their rights and the potential outcomes of their cases.</p><p><br></p><p>Firm offers full healthcare and retirement plan benefits, flexible PTO, office/hybrid/remote work depending on candidate's preference, large bonus potential, and fully built out departments to ensure smooth handling of cases from intake through settlement and/or trial.</p><p><br></p><p>To submit your resume confidentially please send to Sam(dot)Sheehan(at)RobertHalf(dot)(com)</p>
<p>Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.</p><p>Active membership with the Washington State Bar Association.</p><p>2+ years of experience handling Personal Injury cases</p>
