Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will manage reception duties, oversee office operations, and ensure a welcoming and efficient environment across two office locations. This is a long-term contract position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of a dynamic workplace.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and organized manner while maintaining a well-organized reception area.<br>• Oversee office management for two locations, coordinating cleaning schedules and ensuring both offices meet high cleanliness standards.<br>• Manage the maintenance and utility services for the offices, including scheduling repairs and working with service providers.<br>• Ensure proper upkeep of office furniture and equipment, arranging replacements or repairs as needed.<br>• Monitor and restock kitchen supplies and refreshments to maintain a fully equipped and welcoming environment.<br>• Manage office supply inventory, placing orders to ensure uninterrupted operations.<br>• Coordinate with vendors for utilities, maintenance, and other essential office services.<br>• Track and manage vendor contracts, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with agreements.<br>• Provide supervision and support to the receptionist/office manager at the secondary location, fostering consistency in processes and standards across both offices.
• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, showcasing excellent customer service skills.<br>• Strong ability to manage multi-line phone systems and handle inbound calls professionally.<br>• Familiarity with concierge services and creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.<br>• Experience in coordinating office maintenance, cleaning, and utility services.<br>• Proficiency in managing inventory and placing orders for office and kitchen supplies.<br>• Strong organizational skills and the ability to oversee multiple office locations.<br>• Experience in liaising with vendors and managing service contracts.<br>• Effective supervisory skills to guide and support team members across locations.
